What makes a woman of any age attractive and appealing is that ‘uniqueness’ we put out there. I have never been a fan of trying to look like a carbon copy of others, even those that I truly admire and mildly covet. However, what is it about their/her persona that I am inspired by? In ‘It’s Not Over Yet!’ Reclaiming your REAL BEAUTY POWER in your 40s, 50s and Beyond, my examples are varied.
BEAUTY POWER is CONFIDENCE:
A tall and broad, voluptuous coppery redhead, confidence to the max, in on-trend eclectic frisky fashion. She has Beauty Power.
The actively working dancer at 45, lean and strong, who looks the most beautiful to me without any makeup. She has Beauty Power.
My fit, beautiful sister, 65, loves to cook and bake. Her conservative and put together style shows a Realtor ready to kick some ass. She has Beauty Power.
Take the best you are, don’t over-focus on the rest. BE inspired. I am often. With that said, I have always created my own style. It works with the true authentic Sally, and I’m ok with that.
Note: The above was my edited comments from my book, don’t take this as an ad for the book. I chose to create this blog to speak truly from the heart and hopefully, my words can inspire others to find their inner “Beauty Power”

I am excited to read your blog Sally. I think you're pointing to confidence and authenticity being the core to beauty, and I absolutely agree!
Thank you! We are all so very different and I love those differences!
